Abstract

Simon Bloch received his PhD in mathematics in 1967 and doctorat es-sciences in applied mathematics and computer science. He was an IUT expert. He has actively participated to many international projects. He developed various algorithms and techniques related to data exchange in telecommunications. He has been associate professor at the University of Paris VI. He joined the University of Reims in 1993 as a full professor. He published many papers in the area of telecommunications and system validation. His research interests are telecommunication protocols, system validation, data exchange.
